Equipment in Cages
The luminance of the LED light can be adjusted to meet the demand
of the different day old bird.
Feed conveying and dispensing system uses PE pipe and auger
imported from South Africa. The feed conveying speed is fast. It is easy to maintain.
The floor is made of polypropylene. It will not damage the birds'
feet. It can be drawn out when catching the birds. The efficiency
of birds catching is high.

Automatic Feeding System
Automatic pan feeding system including a driving device, a hopper,
a conveying pipe, an auger, trays, suspension lifting device, an
anti-perching device and a feed sensor. The main function of the
system is to transport the feed from the hopper into each feeding
pan to ensure the eating of the broiler and automatically
controlled by the level sensor's direction which give the order to
motor to make it working or stop.
Automatic Drinking System
Automatic nipple drinking system can provide fresh and clear water
for chicken, it’s very important to let the chickens have a good
performance trait.Meanwhile, nipple drinking system can make the
poultry house environment better, it can reduce the feed to be
wasted as well as the intensity of labor. So the nipple drinking
system has become a necessary equipment for standard poultry house.

Environment Control System
The advanced livestock and poultry environment controller adopts
the latest intelligent control technology, which combines
temperature, humidity, static pressure, ventilation, lighting and
other parameters with the poultry feeding process parameters. It
has the characteristics of stable temperature control, adequate and
reasonable ventilation, automatic timing lighting, accurate and
reliable. The controller adopts large-scale touch screen, which can
directly display the operation status of all equipment in the
poultry house, and it is easy to operate.

All components are packed in bundles and secured with steel straps.
The main frame is packed in a container or shipped as a single
package.
Wall and roof panels are packed separately to avoid damage during
shipping.
All necessary fittings and accessories are included in the package.
Shipping:
The Steel Structure Poultry House will be shipped by sea.
Delivery time will vary based on the destination and shipping
method.
Customers will be provided with tracking information once the
product has shipped.
